A clearer footer and cookie settings you can reopen

The bottom of every page got a redesign:

- The three things that make PulSound different, at a glance: free with no sign-up, your audio never leaves your computer, works even offline.
- Cookie settings — the consent banner can now be reopened at any time to change your choice.
