Terms of use
Last updated: 24/08/2026
These terms govern your use of PulSound. By using the service you agree to them. PulSound is currently offered as a free tool with no account required for its core studio, so most of what follows is simpler than a typical terms-of-use page.
1. What the service does
PulSound provides a browser-based tool that generates video from an audio file you supply, plus optional accounts with release pages and HyperFollow link pages. Video generation runs entirely on your own device; your audio file is not transmitted to us.
2. Contact
Questions about these terms, or anything else: hello@pulsound.com. Bug reports and account issues: support@pulsound.com.
3. Your account
You may use the studio without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of your personal data, whichever is higher.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the music, artwork and images you use. We claim no ownership over them and no licence to exploit them.
Where you publish content on a release page or HyperFollow page, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service. That licence ends when you delete the content.
You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload, or have permission from whoever does. Do not publish material you don't have the right to publish.
5. What you may not do
- Upload or publish content that infringes anyone's copyright or other rights.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexual content involving minors.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.
- Use automated means to create accounts, or resell access to the service as your own product.
- Remove or obscure the PulSound mark on exports by editing the file afterwards, where one is shown.
We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these rules.
6. Videos you export
Videos you export are yours. You may publish, distribute and monetise them, including on advertising-supported platforms. We ask for no credit, though we appreciate it.
Templates, code and visual designs within PulSound itself remain ours and are not licensed for reuse outside exported videos.
7. Availability
We aim to keep PulSound running, but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" and may change, and features may be added, changed or removed over time. Some functions depend on your browser and device — certain browsers cannot record video, and some cannot convert to MP4. This is a limitation of the browser, not a defect in the service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using PulSound and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change is significant, we'll post a notice on the service before it takes effect. Continuing to use PulSound after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Republic of Moldova. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country under local law.
